What and Why NNAS?

NNAS  is a verification process that every nursing professional who migrates to Canada must do. NNAS is known as a Not -profit organization in Canada. NNAS is an authority that regulates the document submission of all nurses migrating to Canada and their nursing license registration.

3 Stages of Verification in NNAS

Hospital Verification

No additional supporting documents are required for hospital verification as the Nursing Superintendent of your former hospital will complete the nursing Practice FORM.

  • Duration: 15 working days
  • Service charges and travel expenses based on location
  • Hospital fees and courier fees additional

College Verification

Your college principal will complete the nursing education form and also collect the syllabus and transcript from the college for submission.

  • Duration: 15 working days
  • Service charges and travel expenses based on location
  • Hospital fees and courier fees additional

Nursing Council Verification

A form called NNAS Third Party Authorization has to submit to the council along with the supporting documents required by each nursing council. This will be processed directly by the Council.
